The Digi Soft offers a 100% refund on eligible design services; however, this is not an unconditional refund and is subject to the terms outlined below.
1.1 Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only if it complies with the conditions stated in this policy and is made within the designated refund request period communicated at the time of purchase.
1.2 Refund Will Be Void If:
A refund will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- A special or custom package has been selected.
- The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.
- The logo design has been finalized.
- The website has been designed, developed, or deployed live.
- Revisions have been requested or completed.
- Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the project.
- The Company has not been contacted for more than fourteen (14) days.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Another designer or company has been engaged for the same project.
- The creative brief lacks required or essential information.
- A complete design change has been requested.
- Payment includes domain registration or hosting services.
- The refund request is submitted after the specified refund request period.
- The client’s business closes, changes name, or changes business direction.
- Reasons such as “change of mind,” “partner disagreement,” or other non-service-related reasons are provided.
1.3 Partial Refunds
- If multiple revision sets have been accepted, the client may be eligible for up to a 50% refund after review and discussion with the assigned Project Manager.
- For bundled service packages, refunds apply only to the specific unsatisfactory service, not the entire bundle.
- Orders canceled prior to project initiation for reasons unrelated to the service will be subject to a 33% administrative cancellation fee.
1.4 Management Discretion
All refund approvals are subject to review by The Digi Soft management. The final decision regarding refunds rests solely with The Digi Soft, and such decisions are final.
2. Revisions Policy
2.1 Website Projects
Clients must ensure that all desired features, functionalities, and revisions are communicated before website deployment. Once the website is approved and deployed live, additional revisions are not included unless covered under a separate maintenance or support agreement. For ongoing updates and monitoring, clients are encouraged to purchase a maintenance package.
2.2 Refund and Website Approval
For website design and development services, eligibility for a 100% refund becomes null and void once all website design layouts have been approved by the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, images, data, product names, and company names, is protected under United States intellectual property laws.
All materials remain the property of The Digi Soft or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
